Hi,

I wanted to take a moment to remind each of you that tuition is due every Monday for the current week - regardless of HOW you pay for tuition. Currently, if you are paying cash or check, it has to be received on Monday by the close of the day, or a $10/day late fee is assessed. If you are paying by Rapid Tuition (automatic withdrawal), it is withdrawn from your account on Thursday or Friday.

Lately there seems to be confusion on some of our Rapid Tuition accounts where there is the assumption that the tuition is not due until Friday, thus causing several Rapid Tuition accounts to be returned due to insufficient funds.
To avoid insufficient fund fees on your end, and on our end, and to hopefully avoid further confusion - we will be collecting ALL tuition on Monday when it is due regardless of how it is being paid.
This will begin two weeks from now on Monday, July 14th.
This is not a change in policy, since tuition has always been due on Monday, but rather streamlining our accounting efforts and having all accounts, regardless of payment type, pay tuition on the same day. I apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience since the hope is that this will avoid any inconveniences in the future and ensure everyone has a clear understanding of our accounting policies.
ALL returned payment fees - whether check or credit card - are subject to a $20 NSF fee.

Adventure Summer Day Camp Parents

We aoologize for having to cancel the Field Trip to Gator Country last week due to the weather. We have rescheduled it for Thursday, July 17, 2014.

Contest Month!

We will be having a contest all month long. Every Online Review you give us your name will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Olive Garden Gift Card. The winner will be announced July 29,2014 on National Lasagna Day!

Doors will be closed 9am-3pm

Yes, you read that correctly Appletree Kids, Inc and Kids Too and Adventure Camp will be closing there doors from 9am-3pm. Some parents have been concerned of the accessibilty to the general public. If you will be coming around that time to get your child or drop off your child please give the center a call or knock on the door. Ms. Vivian's direct line is 337-422-4182 andMs. Nicole's direct line is 337-422-4196.
